As of 1 February, users of the MoonBoard app and the MoonBoard website will no longer be able to add new problems to the MoonBoard 2016 set up. Browsing the library, filtering, selecting and illuminating problems from the MoonBoard 2016 set up will remain unchanged and supported in the app.

Why are we making this change?

In the free MoonBoard App, you are able to add your own problem using the LED. Your problem will let light up on the MoonBoard for those who are climbing your problem.

In the MoonBoard App, to make your search for a problem easier and more accessible, you can filter through problems by grade, setter or benchmark.

In the MoonBoard App, you are able to interact and share your list of climbs with other users. The list includes problems you have completed or problems you would like to complete.

Once you have the free MoonBoard App, you will need to register by setting up a username or password. Then you may browse through all graded problems, choose your hold setup and get climbing!
