VIDEO: Circuits to Work Your Weakness

You’ve just finished climbing the last of the new circuit of boulder problems at your gym… now what?

Moon Climbing athlete, Michiel shares this useful approach to indoor circuit training that will open up your mastered problems to a whole new method of working your weaknesses to make you stronger!

Training Notes

  • On your first attempt, climb set problems in the way that is most natural to you.
  • On the next attempt, identify a different approach or sequence that will challenge you in a way that might address known weaknesses in your climbing repetoire, for example trying the problem Footless (avoid this on slabs as it may well end in pain)
  • Try variations until you exhaust the possibilities.
