Whilst having a break from sport climbing I went to Ilkley and make the long overdue second ascent John Dunne’s Loaded E8 7a. Thankfully I did not find it too bad… that baby has been waiting 14 years for a repeat and has seen a lot of good climbers try it, so I am pretty pleased.

Also, my wife Naomi Buys made the first female ascent of Snap Decision E7 6c on the same day! It was her first E7 too.
