Returns: We want you to be 100% happy with your product so if for any reason you aren’t pleased, you can return the goods to us within 28 days and we will happily refund or exchange the items. Goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
Faulty Items: In the rare event that an item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Please download our returns form and fill it out noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

4. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and always retain proof of postage. Unless they are defective, goods are returned at your own expense. Please use regular normal post and don't send by recorded or special delivery.
5. We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, (or cheque or exchange order) within two to three weeks after you post the goods back to us.
NOTE: Sale items cannot be refunded. If you wish to return your sale goods a credit note for the amount will be issued.
